Curriculum

The principles behind the curriculum are complexity and variety-based. Materials of different subjects at varied depths are introduced in a progressive manner, ensuring students receive adequate challenges and support at the same time for optimal learning. The subjects in a given term are carefully chosen to elicit the highest level of growth.

The intention in our classes is to develop our students as MOVERS in a generalist sense. This particular physical practice will help students understand as well as control their bodies and minds in many different ways and scenarios by means of coordination work, strength protocols, games, mobility routines, stillness practices, postural work and much more.

Words from Students

Asako T., Japan

“HKMP improves you not only physically but also mentally. By observing and reflecting on yourself through a variety of different practices, you can slowly but surely improve your strength, flexibility, range of motion, and inner awareness. Teacher Andrés adjusts the practice level for each student, so you can start practicing at any time. By applying what you have learned in HKMP to your daily life, you will be able to live a life that prevents pain and stress.
